Barbara Saxton – President & CEO, VBS LLC

Barbara Saxton, founder, CEO and President of VBS contributes over 28 years of experience in financial services and the insurance industry. She started her career with firms including Merill Lynch and Paine Webber, where her extensive training in the securities industry honed her expertise in both the fixed income markets and HSA investment accounts.

Barbara has managed investment programs for Fleet Bank, Webster Bank and Peoples Securities.

As the advisor to employers, brokers, financial planners and HR directors, Barbara identifies needs and creates solutions.

Since the launch of VBS in 2001 Barbara has earned respect as a successful innovator in the voluntary benefits arena by her peers in the industry and her clients.

Linda Condon – Senior Vice President of New Business Development

Linda Condon has over 30 years experience in the employee benefit and voluntary insurance arena. She began her career at The Phoenix Insurance Company as a Group Underwriter and then became Director of Field Sales managing 33 sales offices nationwide. At VBS, Linda focuses on associations such as the Connecticut Lodging Association to help design benefit programs that meet their unique employee needs.

Horacio Cabral – Vice President Sales & Marketing

Horacio Cabral is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for VBS. Horacio is an international marketing graduate of Central Connecticut State University with over 9 years experience in the voluntary worksite marketing arena. As a skilled bi lingual advisor, Horacio works successfully with all types of employees in effectively communicating a broad range of benefit offerings.

Horacio is responsible for managing all aspects of benefit communication and the worksite enrollment process.

Susan Bagdonis – Vice President of Enrollment Support

Susan Bagdonis, Vice President of Enrollment Support at VBS LLC. Susan has over 8 years of insurance industry experience specializing in the offering of voluntary benefits.

At VBS, Susan is responsible for benefit communication and enrollment of existing clients. She works with clients on enrollment solutions and is a resource to employers in managing their voluntary offerings.
